Terms of Service

Welcome to Yueji AI (domains yueji.chat and yueji.ai). This agreement is made between you and the operator, Jack Zhang (Shenzhen, Guangdong, China). By registering, logging in, or using this service, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms of this agreement.

1. Nature of the Service

1. Yueji AI is an astrology culture content platform offering chart calculation, AI-generated readings, and AI conversation for BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny), Zi Wei Dou Shu, Mei Hua Yi Shu, Liu Yao, and Tarot.
2. Chart calculation is performed by a deterministic engine (BaZi months by the 24 solar terms; Zi Wei by lunar calendar rules); interpretation text is generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain omissions — please treat the computed chart data as authoritative.

2. Content Disclaimer (Important)

1. All astrology content on this service is a modern interpretation of traditional Chinese astrology, provided solely for self-reflection, cultural experience, and entertainment;
2. Astrology content does not constitute professional advice on medical, psychological, legal, investment, marital, or career decisions. For such decisions, please consult licensed professionals;
3. You understand and agree that in all circumstances, you are responsible for your own judgments and decisions made on the basis of this service's content — the steering wheel of your destiny always remains in your own hands.

3. Accounts

1. You should register with a valid email address or sign in with a Google account, and keep your account secure;
2. Accounts are for personal use only; lending, transferring, sharing, or trading accounts is prohibited;
3. Losses caused by your failure to safeguard your account (including coin consumption) are your own responsibility; contact us immediately if you discover unauthorized use.

4. Coins (Virtual Currency) & Paid Services

1. Coins are virtual units within this service, non-convertible to legal currency, non-transferable, and non-refundable (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations);
2. Current recharge tiers and unlock prices are subject to real-time display on the site; we may adjust the pricing system — coins already credited before an adjustment are unaffected;
3. Coin consumption: unlocking reading chapters, generating topics, etc. are charged at displayed prices; some features (such as the first divination interpretation each day) are free of charge as displayed;
4. Virtual goods nature: once a reading is unlocked, delivery is complete and coins spent are non-refundable; if a system fault on our side causes a charge without successful delivery, coins will be restored or the content regenerated;
5. Payments are processed via WeChat Pay / Alipay; crediting is confirmed by the payment provider's callback. If crediting fails, contact us with your order information.

5. Acceptable Use

The following are prohibited:

1. Using automated scripts or crawlers to make bulk chart or report API calls (rate limits apply; exceeding them results in temporary blocking);
2. Obtaining registration rewards or referral commissions through forged identities, duplicate registrations, or simulated invitations (verified via IP and device checks — violating accounts will forfeit rewards and be banned);
3. Reselling generated reading content in bulk or for profit;
4. Reverse engineering, stress testing, or otherwise interfering with the normal operation of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

1. The platform's software, interfaces, graphics, and trademarks belong to us or the respective rights holders;
2. Unlocked reading content is for your personal use and sharing; bulk scraping, systematic copying, or commercial use requires prior written permission;
3. Your distribution of report share links must comply with this agreement and public order.

7. Service Changes & Suspension

1. We may maintain, upgrade, or adjust features from time to time. Service interruptions caused by force majeure (network failures, third-party service outages, etc.) will be restored as soon as possible, but we bear no indirect losses arising therefrom;
2. We may make reasonable operational adjustments to the service; material changes (such as pricing model adjustments) will be announced on the site in advance.

8. Account Cancellation & Data Deletion

You may request account cancellation. After cancellation, your account information and astrology profiles will be deleted or anonymized; order and payment records are retained as required by law.

9. Agreement Changes

We may revise this agreement; revisions will be published on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revision; if you do not accept it, please stop using the service.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, submitted to the competent people's court in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
