Refund Policy

1. Virtual Goods

YueJi AI provides virtual digital goods (coins) used to unlock AI-generated fortune report chapters and divination readings. All purchases of coins are final and non-refundable once the coins have been credited to your account.

2. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges due to technical error on our platform
• Coins not credited to your account within 24 hours of successful payment
• Unauthorized use of your payment method, subject to verification

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@yueji.ai with your order number and payment receipt. We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with evidence of service delivery.
